Monday Motivation!



Wow, I can’t believe I am posting this so late in the day. For today’s Monday Motivation I don’t want to focus on an inspirational quote, I want to be real. When I posted my goals/resolutions for 2018 I talked about wanting to continue eating healthy and while I have been eating healthy, on occasion, I haven’t been my best. 

I have a thyroid autoimmune disorder and the only way to “treat” it is clean eating. I have had my ups and down with my weight over the past few months, but it is time to buckle down and get serious again. I am starting a new clean eating program, which I won’t share with you now, but I am looking forward to see where this goes. It is 90 days and exercise is optional, even though you know I will be running and exercising. I will be sharing the program, with some results soon, but I want to make sure I am sharing legitimate things with you. I am excited to see how this works and will be sharing a lot more soon!!
