My Favorite Beauty Products!

I have been asked a few times on Instagram about what different beauty products I use, so instead of sending each individual item, I decided to put it all in a blog post. I am going to share everything from my skincare items to the makeup products I use. I will link everything so you will be able to shop directly from the link!

Skincare:

Fun fact, I am a very dedication user when I find something that works. I have really sensitive skin, but I found Rodan + Fields about 3 years ago and was told the Soothe Regimen was the best for me. I was very skeptical at first, because everything put hives on my skin, but this really worked. I used Soothe religiously for a year and had to add in the Unblemish Regimen because I was breaking out from sweating during working out and running. Just last year I added in the Reverse Lightening Regimen to help with the sun damage on my nose and cheeks. I rotate these throughout the week, but the majority of what I use is still the Soothe Regimen. 2-3 times a week I use the R+F Microdermabrasion Paste to keep my skin soft and smooth.

Every so often I will do a mask with step one of the Unblemish and Redefine Regimens and let it dry. The Redefine Regimen has a clay in it, so I am blending the anti-acne and anti-aging all into one mask. This will also make my skin super soft as well.

I know there is a lot of hype over facial rollers, but there are two I use. I have a rose quartz roller that I use every morning on my face, under my eyes and the neck area. The facial roller helps to soothe tired, irritated skin, allowing for lymphatic drainage and reduced puffiness and inflammation. This roller feels amazing first thing in the morning when your skin is tired and the stone is cold. I use the AMP MD Roller, by R+F, a few times a week and it helps keeps my skin firm and smooth.

Eye Care:

I have suffered from dark circles under my eyes for as long as I can remember. I tried everything under the sun and nothing was helping me. I started using the Bright Eye Complex about a year ago and the yellow tint in the cream really helps with the darkness. I just recently found the Tula Glow & Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm and I am obsessed. It acts as a highlighter under my eyes and there is caffeine in it that will instantly wake you up. I will put the Bright Eye Complex on first and then right before I walk to my desk I will apply the Brightening Eye Balm. The eye balm is currently sold out, for the second time, but I will still link it and you can wait for it to come back in stock.

Makeup:

I'm not a big makeup person, I never have been, but I will share what I use. I haven't used foundation since I was a competitive cheerleader, but if I feel like I need some coverage on my face, I use Radiant Defense from Rodan + Fields. I like it because you don't have to use a lot and it covers everything. If you are a person who contours, you can use two different colors and it is perfect. Most days I will have on eye makeup and this palette from Tarte is the cutest. I love using natural colors, so this pallet is the best. I just ordered another palette from Tarte and I will share it when I receive it. For my lashes, I use either Tarte lights, camera, lashes mascara or the extreme dimension mascara from MAC. The mascara from MAC is way heavier than the one from Tarte, so I mainly use that one for special events. I will sometimes do my brows and my go-to products for those are from Benefit Cosmetics. I also love a good lip product and sometimes I love a bright red lip. My go-to lip product is LipSense. I know you have to get it from a consultant, but it is so worth it. This is the one product I have found that does not come off. I have put this lipstick on in the morning, ate meals, drank drinks, and never had to reapply it!

I get asked a lot if my lashes are fake, or if I have extensions, but they are 100% real. I've always had pretty long lashes, but R+F's Lash Boost has taken them to a whole new level. If you are looking to grow your lashes, this is the way to go and is cheaper than extensions!

Makeup Remover:

A lot like the skincare, a lot of makeup removers will irritate my skin. If there is too much oil in it, I will have a reaction and will break out. 90% of the time I will use the makeup removing wipes from R+F because they won't irritate my skin. If I have on the Mac mascara, or a lot of eye makeup, I will use the liquid eye makeup remover, but it is not something I will use every day.

I am a pretty simple person and as you can tell, I am pretty loyal when I find a great product. If you have any questions about any of the products, please let me know and I will make sure to help you out! I also have some before and after pictures with the regimen's, so if you are also interested in those, let me know.
