Welcome to day two! I am exhausted because my eyes popped open at 4:30 a.m. and I could not go back to sleep. I decided to get out of bed at 5 a.m. and started working on a project for a friend who was running the marathon. My two roomies finally woke up around 7:30 a.m. and we all got ready and headed over to Wide World of Sports for the expo. I am used to Disney expo's being super crowded, but this year they decided to spread out the vendors over three different locations and it was pretty easy to navigate. We went straight to packet pick-up and picked up our bibs for the marathon. We walked around the expo and I stumbled across the official Run Disney booth. In this booth, they had all of the medals, including the glorious 9.6 ounce marathon medal. At this moment, I decided I was going to not listen to the doctor and participate in the marathon. Smart decision, right?! I found some running pants at the expo and knew I was set.
After the expo we got into the car and headed over to Epcot for a day full of fun. I had a very special outfit for this day, so our first stop was in the United Kingdom to visit Mary Poppins. After standing in a very short line, Mary and I had a nice chat about my Mary Poppins ears and shirt. She approved of the outfit and even commented on the spoon full of sugar on my ears! After the photos were taken, we walked back over to Mexico and started our trip around the world. We had lunch in Mexico, sushi in Japan and a great time walking through all of the countries.
Welcome to Epcot!

Leave it to me to find a Champagne Flight in France!
We had made dinner reservations a while back, so the three of us headed to France. Our dinner was at Chefs de France and it is one of Mom and I's favorite places to eat. If you ever have the chance to eat here, do it! They have a 3 course dinner for $39.99 and it is amazing! Definitely one of our must eat restaurants!
Welcome to Chefs de France!
French Onion Soup
Boeuf Bourguignon with Linguine
Creme Brûlée
After dinner we finished wandering through the last few countries and made our way through the shops. We had a late night fast pass for Soarin, so we went on the ride and then headed back to the hotel. With very little sleep, I knew this was the best idea because we needed to pack so we could change hotels.
Day three will bring a visit to Animal Kingdom and then meeting up with friends for the expo!
