After the race, and breakfast, Mom and I decided to head back to the room and get cleaned up. We both took a nap and got ready to to head out for the day. After marathon weekend I took some time to make sure I was healthy and back to 100% before training for this race. As you have seen in prior posts, I was cleared by the doctor and started running. I'm not sure how I angered Mother Nature during this training cycle, but due to weather I was only able to run twice between when I was cleared to race day.
